Mike and Nick's
Tire Man
A full look at what twelve months of SEO, Google Business Profile management, and social media growth actually did for the shop's visibility, calls, and foot traffic.
Search Rankings
Google Search Console, June 2025 through August 2026. This is the clearest before and after story in the whole report. The site climbed off page four and five of Google and onto page one for its core service terms.
The site averaged position 44.6 in its first month tracked, buried on page five of results. By the most recent 30 days it is averaging position 10.8, solidly on page one for the terms that matter, off the back of the schema build, over 600 redirects, and the ongoing blog and SEO subpage work.
Google Business Profile
Metricool, twelve month view. This is where the SEO gains translate directly into phone calls and walk ins, and where the shop's review base keeps compounding.
Nearly all of it earned in the last twelve months, on top of an already strong base, and every review continues to get a reply.
Website Traffic
Squarespace Analytics, January 1 through August 12, 2026, year to date. Direct traffic and organic search both roughly doubled year over year, and the keyword mix shows the brand name now owns position one and two almost everywhere it appears.
Every branded search, "mike and nicks," "mikes tires," "mike and nick's tire and service," sits at position one or two. But high intent generic terms like "tire shop near me" (pos. 8.9), "tires near me" (pos. 7.6), and "tire shop" (pos. 6.8) are still off page one. That is the clearest lever left for the next phase of SEO work.
Social Media
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn combined, since account creation through August 11, 2026. Instagram is the standout channel, driven by two posts that broke well past the shop's usual reach.
Instagram, @mikeandnickstireman"When @chuckliddell needs reliable car care, he comes to Mike and Nick's" earned 33.9K reach, 472 likes, and 10 new follows off a single post. Still the single highest performing piece of content on the account.
"Car tips for our #SVC friends" pulled 65.2K reach, 1,657 likes, and 517 shares, by far the widest single piece of reel distribution the account has seen.
| Content | Type | Views | Reach |
|---|---|---|---|
| "@chuckliddell needs reliable car care..." | Post | 40,470 | 33,900 |
| "Car tips for our #SVC friends" | Reel | 81,790 | 65,210 |
| "Car tuning is all about enhancing..." | Reel | 15,400 | 11,410 |
| "Need tires or auto repair in Canyon Country?" | Post | 2,845 | 886 |
| "Keep Your Car Running Smoothly" | Reel | 3,393 | 2,325 |
The Back to School Community Event post pulled 3,114 reach, 193 clicks, and 77 shares, the single best performing organic post on the Facebook page, and a direct extension of the July community event build.
The Story in One Line
A year ago, Mike and Nick's was buried on page five of Google and running a quiet Facebook page with barely any followers. Today the shop ranks on page one for its core service terms, drives over 36,000 calls, clicks, and direction requests a year through its Google profile, holds a 4.90 star rating across 1,451 reviews, has doubled its website visits and search clicks year over year, and has an Instagram account that has generated two posts with a combined 122,000 plus views. None of it happened by accident. It is the compounding result of the schema work, the redirects, the blog content, and the consistent posting cadence, month over month.
Real Results. Real Growth.
We don't just talk about results. We show them. Here's what consistent digital marketing looks like when strategy and execution work together.
Every metric on this page translates directly to foot traffic, phone calls, and revenue for Maginn's Irish Pub. Here's what these numbers actually mean for the business:
811K impressions means the pub appeared in front of local customers over 811,000 times across social media and Google in just 6 months. That's brand awareness you can't buy with a single ad.
450+ monthly Google clicks means hundreds of real people every month are actively searching for places to eat and drink, finding Maginn's in the results, and clicking through to the website. These aren't passive impressions. These are potential customers taking action.
1,629 direction requests means over 1,600 people pulled up driving directions to the pub from Google in 6 months. That's real foot traffic driven directly by digital marketing.
692 phone calls from Google alone means nearly 700 people called the pub directly from their search results. Reservations, group bookings, event inquiries, all driven by visibility.
+5,867% in Facebook reactions means the pub went from being virtually invisible on Facebook to generating thousands of reactions across posts, reels, and stories. That kind of engagement tells the algorithm to show the content to more people, creating a compounding effect.
+930% in Instagram shares means people aren't just liking the content, they're sending it to their friends. Every share is a personal recommendation from one person to another, and that kind of word of mouth is the most powerful form of marketing there is.
4.78 star rating (+10.59%) means the pub's online reputation improved measurably. A higher star rating directly influences whether a potential customer chooses Maginn's or scrolls past it. Every fraction of a star matters.
Top keywords like "restaurants," "food near me," and "bars near me" show that Maginn's is appearing for the exact terms real customers use when they're hungry, thirsty, and ready to spend money. These are high intent keywords that convert directly to visits.
In 6 months, Maginn's Irish Pub went from low digital visibility to appearing in front of hundreds of thousands of local customers, generating thousands of website clicks, hundreds of phone calls, and over 1,600 people pulling up directions to walk through the door. That's what consistent, strategic digital marketing looks like when it's done right.
Before working with In House Brand Lab, the Maginn's website had virtually zero measurable traffic. Every visit, every pageview, and every unique visitor shown below represents new growth built from scratch in 6 months.
What +100% YoY means: The site had zero tracked traffic prior to our engagement. Every single visit, pageview, and unique visitor represents net new traffic built entirely through SEO, social media, Google Business Profile optimization, and content strategy. 32.9% of all traffic comes from organic search, meaning nearly 1 in 3 visitors found the pub through Google without any paid advertising.
Google Search click milestones achieved in rapid succession, demonstrating accelerating organic visibility.
